Registration takes place on a first-come, first-served basis and classes are usually confirmed 1-2 weeks before the start date. Each class has a minimum enrolment of 3 students and a maximum of 5 students.
In some case, we may need to set up a short preliminary meeting with you to ensure your child has proper access to all the platform settings required during the class.
Registration is considered finalized as soon as payment is processed.
Fees and Payment
All fees are due at the time of registration.
Payments can be made by cheque or online through Paypal or Interac e-transfers to our office address. No cash payment will be accepted.
Cancellations and refunds
Ma Classe® reserves the right to cancel a course up to 48 hours prior its start date due to low registration.
In case of cancellation due to exceptional circumstances (teacher illness, snow day, unscheduled building maintenance, etc.), parents will be notified by phone or text message. If make-up classes cannot be arranged, full refund will be issued for the missed classes.
Pro-rated refunds are not available for unattended classes.
Class duration
Classes are 30 minutes long and students are requested to log in 5 minutes before the class starts.
Electronic devices
No cell-phones, tablets or any other electronic devices other than the device used to participate in the online class are allowed during the session.
Rules of behaviour
Ma Classe® reserves the right to disenroll a student immediately in case of inappropriate and/or continuous disruptive behaviour.
Privacy, Confidentiality & Security
All personal information you provide during the registration process are collected for the sole purpose of delivering the best services to you. Under no circumstances will your personal information be shared – against payment or not – with a third party.
To participate in our online classes and activities, your child will be required to use a video conferencing platform (Zoom) to access and interact with some resources on our website. You acknowledge that there are potential privacy, confidentiality and security risks associated with the use of such technology and that you will take reasonable precautions to minimize such risks, by creating and using strong passwords, keeping meeting IDs private, etc. Ma Classe® cannot be held responsible for any breach of privacy, confidentiality and security arising from the use of such technology by your child.
